your area, call Great Lakes at 1-888-740-7111.
Q.
I just bought a car and a service contract. How do I know
if it is in effect?
A. Your warranty
goes into effect when we approve the application from the dealership.
Do not assume your contract has been activated until you receive
an acknowledgement letter from Great Lakes Warranty. If
you do not hear from us within 20 days, please call 1-888-740-7111
or e-mail us at

My dealer told me I would receive a card with all my service

with all the details of coverage and procedures to follow
if ever you need to file a claim. Great Lakes Warranty

of your service contract once we receive the original paperwork
from your dealer. If you never received this copy, or if you

your vehicle.
